I still hold the opinion that Glenn should have been the only Lucille victim. Making Abraham Negan’s pick made his death the justified consequence of Rick and the group’s actions up to that point. It felt like a deserved death. But Glenn’s death was all about setting up a separate arc for Daryl and they made Glenn’s death all about Daryl.
