The College is re-branded as RHACC, Richmond and Hillcroft Adult and Community College. RHACC is one of nine institutes of adult learning (IAL) in the UK and was established on October 1st, 2017 through the merger of Richmond Adult and Community College and Hillcroft College.
RACC - Richmond Adult Community College is a further education college based in Richmond, Surrey, London. Our mission is to enable adults to unlock their talent and fulfil their potential through learning, skills and enterprise.
