The email is from the nine9 company email & nine9 is an actual agency.. but im a bit skeptical as to how “legit” this place is. I was never asked for a resume or headshot, or anything other than my name, email and phone number (I have no acting experience whatsoever, I just signed up for this on a whim).
AFTER LESS THAN 24 HOURS - I asked for a refund. Nine9 didn't accept it. Said that once I signed a contract, Nine9 "cannot" refund me. (a nightmare) They said that they could make an exception and refund me $150 out of the $530 that they took from me. I waited and waited, and no refund has arrived into my account.
