Courthouse Square is a backlot located at the Universal Studios Lot in Universal City, California. The set is composed of several facades that form an archetypal American town square with a courthouse as its centerpiece.

The Keller home (known as Delta House) on Colonial Street was built for this movie (and was shot on a soundstage before being moved to Colonial Street in 1950). The courthouse at Courthouse Square was built for this movie. Sets that were to be moved to Colonial Street in 1950 also appeared.
