Jardin Public in Cognac is a moderately sized park next to the Hotel de Ville. It is quite an ornamental style park with an intricately designed stream and a couple of monuments. The park was created in the late 19th century and seems designed with that sensibility in mind as it is primarily a nice space to promenade around.
