Our enforcement strategy sets out the types of conduct that we will not accept. It also shows the types of misconduct that we consider to be especially serious. We will take disciplinary action against solicitors who fail to carry out reasonable checks to satisfy themselves that transactions are not fraudulent or taking unfair advantage of consumers.
