"All Good Things" was one of the best series finalies in television history. It takes us back to the first episode and shows a lot of the character development through the the entire series. I tend to think of the episode as the true ending of TNG, and yes, Q is the ghosts of Christmas from Dickens, exactly what he knew Picard would appreciate.
