- The Game is a BBC spy thriller series set in 1970s London and focussing on MI5’s attempts to prevent a devastating KGB operation. It stars Tom Hughes as Joe Lambe, and Brian Cox as ‘Daddy’, the head of MI5.

The series premiered on BBC America on 5 November 2014. Broadcasts in Australia began on BBC First on 23 March 2015 [11] and the UK showing started on BBC Two on 30 April 2015. [12] The entire series is currently available on ABC iview (December 2023)
