Jan 3, 2023 · There are a number of reasons why you may not be receiving your verification code. These include: Your mobile network is congested. After sending the code for the first time, the app will allow you send it a second time after 1min. If the code doesn't come through, we suggest waiting 10-15mins.

Jun 7, 2023 · If you try to use certain features like connecting your accounts to Emma via Open Banking within those 10 days, you'll receive an error code (OBA19 or OBA28). Additionally, if you switch to a different phone, you'll need to wait another 10 days before being able to access the Open Banking features. Updated on: 06/07/2023.
When a formatting error is detected in a file import or via an API call, Emma automatically moves those contacts to the Error status. If you navigate to your Audience tab and click on Error at the top, you'll be able to see a list of all of your Error contacts.
