Jul 26, 2023 · New in Unreal Engine 5.4 is a feature called Sub Chains, which allows you to define chains of bones within the full body IK that are solved separately in a pre-pass. This enables you to instruct the solver to leave the body unaffected until a sub-chain reaches its full extension.
