First Dose is a series of contact missions featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Los Santos Drug Wars update. After receiving a phone call from Ron Jakowski, the GTA Online Protagonist arrives at Ace Liquor in Sandy Shores.

- Welcome to the Troupe. In the first mission you'll meet Dax and the Fooligans. Here's a run-through: Arrive at the liquor store and watch a cutscene meeting Dax and the Fooligans.
- Designated Driver. To start the second mission, find Dax on your map (the yellow D). It's right outside the Freakshop so if you just finished part 1 then you're already there.
- Fatal Incursion. As usual, find the yellow D on your map, next to the Freakshop, to start First Dose Part 3. Then follow these steps: Follow the directions to Stab City.
- Uncontrolled Substance. Find Dax at the usual place to start this mission. But that's the only thing about this one that's uaul. You'll see a cutscene in which you, Dax, and a group of Fooligans have a beer together, but the beer is laced with LSD.
- Welcome to the Troupe. Players walk up to the upper level of Ace Liquor, where they see Ron being harassed by some Fooliganz members. After Ron introduces the player's GTA Online character to Dax, the latter starts walking them through his plans to take over the city's drug trade.
- Designated Driver. After they retrieve his RV, Dax will take players to an abandoned warehouse named the Freakshop, which the Fooliganz leader hopes to use as storage space for their entry into the drug trade.
- Fatal Incursion. After delivering all the plans and supplies to the Freakshop, Dax will analyze them and call the players for their next mission. Players will have to head to Stab City, a trailer park on the outskirts of the Grand Senora Dessert in GTA Online.
- Uncontrolled Substance. This is the only GTA Online mission in the First Dose series that is not centered around setting up the player's Acid Lab. After successfully procuring the necessary supplies in the previous missions, the Fooliganz gather at the Freakshop to celebrate their newfound success and dedicate it to the player's character.
