Nov 16, 1990 · The movie marks a return for the tiny rescue squad of brave little mice, first seen in “The Rescuers” (1977). This time they’re called to Australia after receiving word that an eagle and a little boy have been kidnapped by the evil poacher McLeach (with the rasping voice of George C. Scott).
A lawless poacher wants to capture a majestic and rare golden eagle, so he kidnaps the boy who knows where to find the bird. Not to worry -- the Rescue Aid Society's top agents, heroic mice Miss Bianca and Bernard, fly to Australia to save the day.
