In the comics the league has had multiple bases, including the satellite Watchtower, a base on the surface of the moon, and the Hall of Justice. I really hope they adapt the Watchtower too, but in a post-infinite crisis version, where the Hall of Justice is their "public" base, and the Watchtower is where they truly keep their base of operations.
