Possilpark, colloquially known as Possil, is a district in the Scottish city of Glasgow, situated north of the River Clyde and centred around Saracen Street. The area developed around Saracen Foundry of Walter MacFarlane & Co., which was the main employer.

Possilpark. By Michael Moss. Until about 1870 Possilpark was nothing much more than a mansion house and home farm with few residents. The gates of the house were at what is now Saracen Cross and its last resident was Sheriff Alison in the middle years of the 19th century.

Possilpark is a district in North Glasgow and forms part of Canal – Ward 16 which has a population of 25,000. The district has developed around Saracen Street which is the main hub and shopping area and which is well served by public transport.
