   Neekos combo is self sustaining, land 1, you get both unless qss/cleanse; her max stun combo is 4.25 seconds btw. Good thing Vex has self peel for after her fear ie Neeko w, Neeko e, Neeko r, and Protot-belt (or everfrost if you like losing). Vex has just one fear once every ~2 rotations btw
