There are 214 mods that you can configure to an extent to make it a little easier but in the end you’re going to end up going to a lot of mod websites to check what this thing does or how to make this thing.
Horror in minecraft is hard. But even if I ignore that, I don't think it's a well put-together modpack. For me, the biggest issue is the absolute darkness. You need certain mob drops to progress, yet mobs spawn at night and the zero light level makes it impossible to fight mobs at night.
