Psycho-Pass 2 is much worse than the first season, but there's a whole lot of worse stuff out there, and it does give you a little context on some of the things in the movie, so I'd say watch it if you're planning to watch the movie.

Season 2 starts off pretty promising but kind of fizzles off in the end. If you're a fan and want to experience more of the Psycho Pass world, then definitely give it a watch, but don't expect it to be as good as S1.
Yes, you should watch it if only so you can understand the upcoming movie sequel, which has characters introduced only in S2. I also didn't think it was as bad as other people say, but that's just me.

Dec 19, 2014 · There are some good plot twists (even though you can see most of them coming) and it still delivers on the action from the first season. The biggest problem with this season, is that the plot just seems too basic or too plain. The first season of Psycho-Pass had a plot that really went for it.
