  6. Going to Pieces isn't an interesting analytical retrospective of the 80s slasher craze; it feels much more like an industry puff piece. Most of the usual suspects - Carpenter, Craven, Savini etc - appear to repeat the same anecdotes we've heard a bunch of times before.
