Parallels is easily the best (it's paid though). UTM is just as good as Parallels (if you're willing to sacrifice some performance). Linux runs like a charm and Windows isn't that bad either. Fusion sucks, don't use it. Lastly, Virtualbox doesn't run on Apple Silicon Macs.
