Season 2 was the cancelled second season of Farzar. It was originally estimated to be released in its entirety on Netflix either in late 2023 or the former half of 2024. However, on November 16th, 2023, it was confirmed on Waco O'Guin's Twitter page that the show had been cancelled, as seen here. The season was initially slated to have 10 episodes.
•Although this season was initially greenlit and scripts for all 10 episodes were written, this season was never produced and faced cancellation, as seen here.
•This was likely due to the death of Lance Reddick and/or the 2023 Writer's Strike hindering the show's production to the point, where it had to be canceled.
•Waco O'Guin hinted on Twitter that he planned on doing a crossover between Farzar and Paradise PD, which would have also served as the latter show's series finale. It is unknown if it was intended to take place this season.
•This would have been the first season to air after the death of Lance Reddick, which would have either given him a posthumous credit as Renzo or had a replacement voice actor for Renzo.
