Drive, He Said. Comedy. 90 minutes ‧ R ‧ 1972. Roger Ebert. January 1, 1972. 3 min read. Jack Nicholson’s “Drive, He Said” is a disorganized but occasionally brilliant movie about two college students and the world they, and we, inhabit.

Apr 24, 2017 · It’s credible that Black’s bored character should get fed up with all the men in her life, since they’re all big kids who demand all the time – and Gabriel’s treatment of his girlfriend (June Fairchild) is an uncomfortable, horribly convincing reminder of how politically active men in the late ‘60s could treat women worse than conservatives did ...
Unfortunately, Drive, He Said isn't that good of a film. Well directed, but still a bit of a bore. William Tepper plays a college basketball star (in Ohio, as the whole film is meant to make the audience think of Kent State).
Sep 10, 2012 · No way can it be said to work, despite the cast's cultish distinction, but it still knocks most of its quasi-radical contemporaries sideways as an index of doomed '60s/'70s causes...
