Jul 2, 2015 · There was quite of bit of derailleur rubbing on the other front ring. I had to take it to a my local mechanical to get it re-adjusted. The bike is great, Bike Factory were easy to communicate with pre-delivery, but I wish the quality control had been better. Date of experience: 06 September 2024.

Great personal / focused customer service. My Bike Factory web purchase turned up super quick, like within a day or two after ordering despite being warned it may need to come from a European depot. This was impressive. But the mark of a good customer experience is how quick & effective a challenge gets resolved.
All good 🙂. Price was good. Interaction was good. Promised build/ship/deliver timings were good. Quality of service was, yes ...good. Looked to purchase a high Trek bike and researched several dealers, The Bike Factory stood head & shoulders above the rest, they talked to you, replied to e-mails and took time to speak to you. The team there are excellent, good honest advise, excellent technical knowledge and real willingness to help.
