   Jul 28, 2020 · I think it's just too fat and my new parts for the 750 conversion don't show up until Monday. I think using a good 2 circuit with the right parts in it will be better than this 8896. Taking out the intermediate bleeds did help a lot though.

   Jan 13, 2012 · When I bought the tunnel ram set up from Summit, it came with 2-450 CFM Holleys. I swapped them for 2-600 CFM Holleys and picked up 4 MPH and lowered my ET by over 2/10's. With the mild cam and heads you are running, I think the 2-750's would not be a good match.

   Dec 10, 2013 · To give you a comparison, a 750 will flow roughly that, most would consider a 750 a fair match for a decent running 350. A 1050 will flow well over 1200 CFM, do the math and it's not so far off. I would follow the advice you were given, stick with a 2 circuit carb.

   Is the 3rd Circuit a better design for drag racing?

   • the third circuit was designed to help pull these small cubic inch motors off the corners....the engine tech back then didnt have the cam designs or the flow that the engines of today have. I personally think the two circuit is a better design for drag racing.
