   Ordered from Zatu on several occasions, so far happy with the prices and speed of delivery. None of the board games have arrived damaged but the packaging has been minimal, leaving plenty of space especially for small orders to rattle around. Thankfully nothing damaged so far. It is my mail order retailer of choice. one gripe that comes up quite frequently regards ordering items that are currently out of stock. They take your money up front even if imminent restock is unlikely or improbable.

   Zatu have very competitive prices. They carry a lot of stock of the latest games. Deliveries are fast. When something is out of stock they can take your order and send out as soon as possible - they also try hard to give a good estimate of when stuff will arrive.

   I've regularly seen Zatu use what I would call scalper tactics and increase prices for in-demand low-stock games where no other reputable site does. For example, when Heat recently came back in stock Zatu had it for a good amount more expensive than Chaos Cards (a better site IMO) despite being very competitive on many other products.

   Yes. Never had a problem with them, fast delivery, great prices. The trick is they never give free postage, so one game with postage is a similar (or more expensive!) price compared to rivals. And they do a little discount on three games (3%) and five games (5%). Together, these incentives buying in batches.

   • Always a good experience using ZATU games, prices always seem to be very reasonable, discounts when buying 3 or more games and a good loyalty program although the vouchers per points scheme could be higher.    • There are occasionally people who get the bad end of the stick. But they are the biggest distributors for games in the country (i think). Selling thousands of games daily. There will always be one or two that don't go as planned. It is the issue any big company face. But long and short, yeah Zatu usually can't be beaten on price.
