  1. Yes. It's not that bad I'm just not a big fan of the romance especially gay stuff. The 1st and 2nd season were really great. The third one had me a bit confused because of all the new characters, and the plot or goal at the end kept changing, the main characters from season 1 and 2 became side characters in season 3.

  2. So THIS is going to be interesting! It's nice of James Gunn to acknowledge the existence of Young Justice, now let's keep holding out hope for a fifth season renewal! Maybe it was JLU... cause if it was also YJ than thats big!! We can hope, but it’s pretty inconclusive. His response just indicates that DC animated series were an inspiration.

Of the Disney+ Marvel shows, Hawkeye was the most similar to Young Justice. The show expected the viewer to be knowledgeable of the universe, making the Wilson Fisk reveal so impactful, similarly to how Young Justice has treated villains like the members of The Light, Darkseid, or more recently General Zod. Hawkeye also has some enjoyable humor, with funny side characters and strong banter, feats that Young Justice is known for. Not to mention, both shows feature a young, female, sidekick arc...

Assemblies of different superheroes often make for great content, especially in animation. The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes ran for two seasonsbefore the hype of the MCU and The Avengers had really taken off with the film in 2012. Young Justice has consistently had strong social themes in Seasons 3 and 4, making a distinct effort to have a diverse cast of heroes, as well as strong attention to topics of mental health and more. The Legend of Korra received similar praise from critics, as its four seasons addressed important sociopolitical issues from its time. For a show with a younger target audience, The Legend of Korra had impressive social commentary that was considered to be ahead of its time. For fans of animation...

Before The Avengers took over the superhero world, the X-Men were the prevalent Marvel superhero squad, with multiple films and animated series. In order to bridge the gap between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith, the animated series The Clone Wars was developed. There are tons of similarities between The Boys and the DC Universe, as the characters are often heavily inspired by DC. For Young Justice specifically, the shows follow plotlines about how superheroes would be viewed by the public eye and the factor of media in comic book worlds. Like in Young Justice with Beast Boy and his TV series, The Boys revolves around The Seven, a team of superheroes involved with a multi-media corporation, showing how the artificial nature of the heroism has corrupt...

Following a team of DC sidekicks wasn't new to Young Justice, as Cartoon Network's Teen Titans was a show many fans in the 2000s grew up with. Also starring Robin, the series followed the more traditional Teen Titans lineup from the comics, only touching on characters like Aqualad and Speedy later on. It goes to show just how good the animated side of DC TV is. For fans of Beast Boy and Cyborg in the recent seasons of Young Justice, Teen Titans has them at their best and most fun, as the two...

The Arrowverse is decreasing the number of shows in its schedule starting next year, but it seems that the success of Superman & Lois will allow it to continue. 7. I feel like the Young Justice showrunners made season 1 (and honestly, even season 2) a spy series with the Team going on suicide missions and acting in the shadows…which I feel didn’t work at all; after all, the main characters are or were teenagers and I feel season 1 didn’t reflect that properly or realistically enough. I’m more than happy the creative team decided to ditch the spy ...
