   • Sixth is really good , they had a very clear vision with that one, but it might not hit as hard if you didnt play the previous 3 or it might not hit you at all. That being said, 3, 4 and 5 might be the worst yakuza games in the franchise, but that doesnt exactly make them bad games overall.

   • That being said, 3, 4 and 5 might be the worst yakuza games in the franchise, but that doesnt exactly make them bad games overall. There are seriously good moments in all of them and i only realized how bad everything was getting in 5. 3 and 4 were very enjoyable, even if they had their issues. All of them.

   • The strengths of the Yakuza games are the activities. You have tons of side quest and mini games. Be it a battle coliseum, poker, black jack, shogi, bowling, darts majong, koi koi, cee lo, darts and more. You can easily sink in more times in these as in the main story. I like the side-quests and craziness involved.

   I like the story in 4. Lots of good plot laid out for new characters and more background for characters you already know. There's some bullshit plot twists and shit the further you go in but you should be used to that from Yakuza 2 and not take it too badly. Definitely worth playing.

   After playing through the whole series, I think Yakuza 4 is the most memorable. It introduced some of the best characters in the entire series and despite having some dumb story moments, it was a great story told on an epic scale with 4 playable characters.
