    After playing through the whole series, I think Yakuza 4 is the most memorable. It introduced some of the best characters in the entire series and despite having some dumb story moments, it was a great story told on an epic scale with 4 playable characters.

    I’d call Yakuza 4 my “guilty pleasure” favorite of the series. The story isn’t very well written or subtle, but what we get is soap opera levels of unabashedly dumb and crazy plot twists that I can’t help but love it.
