Best answer. Rotom is a very potent Ghost-type! I recommend using him! You picked a good form too (Not the best, mind you, but Levitate helps it out. It learns some cool Electric-type moves to slow down opponents, and then some tricky Ghost and Dark-type moves to mess them up while they're crippled. I'd use Rotom!

Rotom is tied with Tynamo as the lightest Electric-type Pokémon. Rotom was the first Pokémon mentioned to have an unknown gender in the animated series. In That New Old Gang of Mine!, Ash's Rotom Phone listed the Rotom Pokédex as a pure Electric-type.
First off, nice shiny. Second, strong is subject to each person. I always say use the pokemon you like, and if rotom is your favorite, go for it! I will say, however, that rotom's fan form would nullify its weakness to ground due to gaining the flying type (in exchange for its ghost type).

Dec 29, 2021 · Rotom is extremely well-known in Pokémon, especially with it being active in the anime through being Ash's Pokédex. However, the games have Rotom available for the player to use in six forms through possessing various appliances. When Rotom does not possess an appliance, it is in its normal form.
