   • Stability-wise, the NV v2 limiter was the best method overall and the in-engine limiter the worst one. RTSS limiter was close to NV v2 one, and significantly better than both the NV v1 & v3 (NV CP) (worse L-Shapes distributions and Lows avg numbers with both NV v1 & v3, stutters).

   • TLDW: Both are on par but RTSS is more convenient - changing limit on fly and displaying the graphs. My personal testing shows that the frametime is more consistent with RTSS but Nvidias's it's very good. My only complaint is that it doesn't have better graphs like RTSS or the ability to change the frame rate without restarting a game.

   • The RTSS limiter was very good in terms of frametimes stability in all scenarios, and showed a very consistent behaviour and the best accuracy when capping FPS.    • RTSS is a CPU-level FPS limiter that works even reducing or limiting the CPU usage. Therefore, it can help in CPU bound or limited game scenarios. Yeah but this issue doesn't happen with NVCP limiter since it's not CPU based. And it has the same input lag cost as RTSS, and only slightly worse accuracy.
