The Quest 3 is an extremely good value for watching movies. It surpasses the quality of most mainstream VR headsets. It is better for movie watching than a projector or the typical TV.
The quest 2 is great for watching movies! As for 64gb vs 256gb, that kind of depends on your use case. If you travel a lot and would prefer a large library of content for offline viewing the 256gb would almost be a must! Especially if you have 3d bluray rips that take up lots of space!

Quest3 is truly phenomenal for 3D movies 😎😀. Them pancakes are crazy good, the added comfort due to the weight reduction leaves the headset for me personally great for marathon movie session. I encoded the Avatar movie from a 3D blu ray I purchased for buttons on O’Bey 😀.

- Go for the bigger storage option. Most mixed reality and virtual reality games and apps we've come across on the Meta Store take up several gigabytes of space – and some even go into double figures.
