  1. After watching his Hall of Shame episode, I get it. Its also not very subtle, the episode is titled "Once Upon a Phillip Gallagher." This season, is literally Lip's "happily ever after" - he's content with his life. And nothing is more boring than someone who is happy with their life.

  2. But solely in reference to the Hall of Shame episodes, this is definitely the best so far. Again, Jeremy Allen White is so talented and despite not having much content to work with, he really compelled the story forward. Overall, nothing groundbreaking, but definitely worth a watch.
