Pros. Awesome start position gives you loads of enemies (Lokhir, Eshin, Vilitch, Ghorst, Ku'gath) to keep the campaign entertaining, but also loads of allies. Cathay factions can be an enemy or a friend, depending on your preference. Nakai is an absolute unit.
After conquering any settlement you can dedicate it to three different Old Ones and each temple dedicated to one of them gives you more and more buffs and unlocks some cool abilities (like summoning dinos during battle or making your troops invincible for short period of time).

Sep 13, 2019 · I've made it to turn 75 on the Vortex campaign with Nakai on VH. I've been focusing on just destroying non-Lizardmen factions, and not trying much to defend my vassal territories. It's pretty tough to both expand and defend with just one army.
Never look back, you're Nakai the wanderer, not Nakai the warden. You will make more money by taking 4 settlements for every 2 settlements you lose instead of losing 0 settlements and only getting 1 because you are playing defensively. This is what makes Nakai fun. Research down the bottom line.

Aug 7, 2021 · I'd say the best way to play Nakai is to simply play as Gor'rok in Mortal Empires, & confederate Nakai as he starts in Lustria then. But just confederating Nakai aint just the reason for the cheese. He needs to have one of the blessed spawn armies running around.
