      • A great lifestyle suburb that has very limited shortcomings. The beach is sensational, cafes and restaurants are superb and proximate to city (both via car and train) is great. There are great schools in the area as well as fantastic childcare. Moving from Sydney's north shore, Mordialloc seems to hold its own pretty well.

    Lived there, it's safe but there is an occasional dodgy element. Probably won't see it in the main drag and you can walk around at night very safely. There's scattered housing commission units hidden in blocks of private units. It's not every block of units.
