   I cannot prove Midas is a scam, but I did divest personally. Like you said: no physical address, no corporate entity of any kind… they often refer to how long they’ve been in operation as if that made them legit.

   The Perrine-Beitel Texas Midas is nothing short of crooks that attempt to get $1000-$2000 out of every customer that walks in. They are masterful at fooling unsuspecting victims. Don't bother calling the corporate offices for Midas, not only do they not care, but they won't do anything.
