- Pain's Backstory Made Him An Understandable Villain. A villain's backstory is incredibly important, and although other anime characters have had harder lives than Pain, his experiences make his view of the world completely understandable.
- Madara Orchestrated Rin's Death. Obito loved Rin, and when he saw her die at Kakashi's hand, he was overcome with grief. He did not wish to live in a world without Rin, which is why he decided to help Madara accomplish his goal of creating a dream world-a world where Rin would be alive.
- Pain Destroyed Konoha Because Of Tsunade. While Naruto is training to use Sage techniques at Mount Myōboku, Pain and Konan invade Konoha in order to find him, and they cause a lot of death and destruction while trying to find his location.
- Madara Activating The Infinite Tsukuyomi. When he gained the Rinne Sharingan and the power of the Sage of Six Paths, Madara implemented the final stage of his Eye of the Moon Plan by projecting the Infinite Tsukuyomi onto the surface of the moon.
We see a better more well rounded Sakura who unlocks 100 Healings and fulfils her dream of being on the frontlines while keeping her team alive too. In my opinion the Five Kage should have been able to beat Madara, and we could perhaps get Team 7 vs Kaguya or the Ten-Tails.
I prefer Madara, but you'd be out of your mind to think he's more iconic than Pain. The Pain arc is one of the most hype of the series, still feels natural in terms of scaling, his bright orange hair, the rennigan, piercings, and the paths alone are all enough.
Aug 8, 2021 · While he might seem like an unstoppable villain, Madara has a surprising number of weaknesses that render him more balanced than he's given credit for. By identifying the character's greatest strengths and weaknesses, we can better appreciate his subtle nuances and how he was worthy of being the series' final foe.
From memory much more so than the Pain Arc. And because of that dbz style, Madara fits that style of villain perfectly. His power level is over 9000. His backstory with Hashirama was short but satisfying and awesome in terms of lore. Akatsuki's dope, Pain is the coolest emo ever in the rain.
