While there are flaws on the show (thanks to network pressure, forcing “lovey dovey” scenarios onto a show that is anything but), it is still worth a watch. Just wished they would have maintained the serious dark tone throughout.
Yes, it's cheesy. But La Femme Nikita is one of the most sophisticated spy-fi shows ever made and manages to be both a relic and ahead of its time simultaneously - somehow. It was so good that Alias was basically the same show but more Hollywood.
