I love kaguya sama and season 3 ending blew me away, but I do think its popularity is a tad unearned. There's far better romance series and rom coms, most in the shoujo demo. Kaguya is great though, it has good characters and good pay off.

I would say watch the anime, then read the manga. If you don’t want to reread what you already saw, feel free to continue where the anime left off. If you end up really liking the show and want to read the manga, I’d recommend starting from chapter 1. There are some things that weren’t adapted and both are really good.
The characters are unique and work really well together, kinda like KonoSuba. There's almost no fanservice, but the writing and voice acting are good enough that it's incredibly popular even without that. Plus, the animation is excellent.

Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War is worth watching. It has brilliant slapstick humor with a mix of some romance and high school drama. It does get boring occasionally, but overall, it’s entertainment value outweighs its boring ones.
