I've flown business on many airlines and my opinion of KLM is they are not bad but they're not great either. For a multi leg round the world trip I'd definitely recommend Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad, Quantas, Singapore airlines.
May 16, 2016 · It's a "proper" airline rather than the low cost options which are sometimes OK but typically terrible. So you get legroom, palatable (and free) in-flight food and drink and very good cabin crew. Slight delays on the way home were a bit annoying but the KLM app and WhatsApp channel keep you well updated.
Absolutely worst experience. Suitcase left at in Amsterdam which was my connecting flight airport and then sent to me 3 days later. was force to buy clothes, toiletries etc and when i have tried to claim it back have been ignored. called up had they reopened the case and have now been ignored again.

Oct 11, 2015 · Customer service is terrible. They changed my flight date without reaching out to me within a month of my flight. Hotels booked, work schedule dealt with all plans made and they just up and decide to change the date. Then offer long layover inconvenient flight with no compensation.
