The point of this post was to share some thoughts I had regarding the ****WAY**** voice acting is handled and recorded in each country. If you think Japanese dub is better, great, if you think English dub is better, then also great, just don't shame or attack each other for a preference in audio.

There's a few things the Japanese voice acting community does better than the American voice acting scene in my (and other's) opinion.
All the voice actors huddling around the mics, much better able to play off of one another than in singular-recording processes. It also captures the atmosphere somewhat better, as they are literally conversing. There's also the fact that dubs prioritise lip-syncing as a huge priority.
Jan 13, 2014 · Finally, I believe that the original Japanese voice acting is better in quality and enjoy watching anime in Japanese dubs, rather than in English dubs. The same applies if it would be released in my country, dubbed my native language.
Jul 23, 2023 · As for dubbing, actors read a translated script and then have their voices edited into the anime, replacing the original spoken dialogue. Subbed and dubbed anime have their advantages and disadvantages.

Nov 20, 2023 · To put it simply, Japanese voice actors often perform their roles far better with much greater emotion and enthusiasm than their dubbed counterparts. In the same manner as watching any other live-action film or such, it can be the performance that makes one anime be more enjoyable than another.
