I have infernal mobs in Hubris. Mostly it means when fighting a bunch of mobs, occasionally one or two has special abilities. My mob grinders are golems and a black aurem from AM2. They don't seem to have a problem besides taking a bit longer to kill. Main hard part is bosses.

Find and open your .technic folder (in roaming), open the hexxit folder, open the config folder, open the InfernalMobs cfg file with notepad and from there it is self-explanatory. Replacing the original numbers into higher numbers would up the spawn rates of those with effects.

Mobs should really be limited to 1 - 3 modifiers. Modifiers should be tiered so that the tough ones can't be combined with another tough one.
