Imagine Cruising have to be the most incompetent travel company in the UK. Their marketing is attractive, and their front line sales are also good - but their itinerary accuracy is dreadful. They ruined my husband's birthday trip to Barbados, by booking us on the wrong day, to the wrong Caribbean Island, on the wrong airline.

Has anybody had a good experience with this company? When we used them they were utterly diabolical and could not recommend using them to book a cruise.
- If you scroll down the thread topics (mine is about 6 pages in) you'll see some threads about Imagine.
- If you’ve used them and had a bad experience I don’t understand why you’d consider using them a second time.
- I wouldn't use them either but I'm curious about how they were diabolical. Was it customer service or did they make mistakes? Or both?!
- They must know they are bad as most holiday companies send you out a questionnaire to complete.... guess what? Not this one. I wonder why!
