Biography
Robert "Bobby" Drake was born in Tipano, New York, to William Robert Drake and Madeline Beatrice Bass-Drake. He is Jewish and on his mother's side and Irish Catholic on his father's. Bobby discovered his mutant ability to create ice while in his early teens, yet kept his condition hidden from everyone but his parents.
