Mar 31, 2019 · Hoole was at times raucous and very elegant, it has never been pretentious and for a young family or a sociable couple it had got to be one of THE places to live. Hoole is easily the best commuter village in Cheshire a three minute drive from the A51 and M53 and adjacent to Chester station.
