It's a mixed drama. On the downside, the plot makes no sense, the lead actress isn't very good. The plus side is the adorable friendship between Goblin and Grim Reaper. I also really enjoyed the gorgeous sets and architecture, and there are beautiful shots of Quebec City.

Nevertheless, there is some X-factor that makes Goblin worth a watch - if nothing else, there are some pretty iconic scenes/OST songs. I think you will particularly like it due to your affinity to the fantasy dramas you mentioned, but it's probably worth a try even if you end up not liking it.
