   This company has no consideration for its customers. Travelers are treated like cattle. Definitely prefer the national airline. They are a subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines, use the same jets as Malaysia Airlines, and also turboprops. According to Aero inside, they have only had one incident in the past 10 years (flaps not extracting in January this year).

   Dec 28, 2023 · A good airline for short bound flights. The flight is awesome,I don't get any motion sickness on board and most airline don't do is that they will tell you the flight is delayed even the flight is few days later. Overall it was clean,comfortable and having a soft landing but need to pay the food on board unless if you reserve online.

Our flight from Penang to Kota Kinabalu was retimed 4 times right up to the last minute, totally disrupting our trip and our appointments. This company has no consideration for its customers.
