The free membership is not very useful so it is only relevant if you are willing to upgrade to a paid membership. However, if you have the budget for that, Shutterstock gives better value for money, in my opinion.

I didn't realize I had signed a $25/month contract and after two months, I knew I had only needed the 10 images. I contacted them and Gladys gave me excellent customer service as well as refunding the two months I didn't use any images.

DREAMSTIME has excellent customer service! 😊 Every year i buy 12 beautiful images for a calendar and usually forget to click the option NOT to have the membership billed as the recurring monthly option. But DREAMSTIME is so attentive and kind, that they refund the payment and cancel the recurrent billing.
