If you're talking about the PSP versions of both games, I would get Tekken 5 DR, as it has a much larger amount of single-player content compared to Tekken 6. However, if you're talking about the games on the PS3, Tekken 6 would be what I would choose out of the two.

As much as I appreciate Tekken 5 DR giving every character a respectable story mode, Tekken 7 overall is the better game. More balanced, gameplay that's fun to watch, more diverse character choices.... They've really stepped it up despite having a smaller budget and less to work with.

Sep 21, 2019 · I still think Tekken 6 is the better one in every possible aspect except gameplay. Give T6 7's gameplay and we've got the best in the series easily.
