The left one is called "Source Ports/Engines". Below it you will click "Add", and then you'll have to browse and select your GZDoom.exe file. On the second box, called "IWADs" you'll do the same, but you'll select your DOOM.wad or DOOM2.wad file. You can then go back to the "Main" tab.
