Here are some general PRO's I feel are accurate about the Dayton area: Great metroparks / bike paths / river activities. If you like outdoor stuff, we have great amenities relative to other places in the Midwest. Low cost of living - even low compared to Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland.
It’s not home but it’s a good place to live depending on where you choose to stay. Much more spread out than Lexington but traffic is a breeze comparatively. Plenty of small businesses and restaurants to try which is where I spend most of my free time.
