He was inducted into the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame, the Pikes Peak Hill Climb Hall of Fame, the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame, and the New Jersey Sports Hall of Fame.
Dallenbach was voted into the Colorado Motorsports Hall of Fame. He was inducted into the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America on March 17, 2020, IMS & Pikes Peak Hill Climb Hall of Fame in 2022. Wally Sr. has a book out covering his experience.
